DO YOU HAVE DROP-INS OR CLASS PASSES?
We offer both monthly/yearly memberships and 10 class passes. Your first class is free, so come give it a try!
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR CLASS?
New Members: Head over to our Free Trial Page to get set up for your first class -- it's on us! We will send you the paperwork you need to complete prior to attending class. Please make sure you have made contact with the owners (Nick and Kait) before coming in to class to make sure we are setting you up for the full PSC experience!
Current Members: You can view our full schedule here. We are now using ZenPlanner to book all classes, and classes can be booked one week prior (for example, you can register at 4pm on Tuesday for the class the following week). Weekday classes are capped at 15 (weekends and holidays at 24+) and you will be added to a waitlist if classes are full.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I SHOW UP FOR CLASS?
You can show up for class 10 mins prior to the designated start time. This gives the previous class time to finish their training session, and the next class to get prepared for theirs -- while also leaving some time to socialize in between! The coach will do a whiteboard briefing for the entire group at the beginning of each class, so we encourage members to be at the gym at least 5 mins ahead so they are well prepared for their training.

All of our members follow our class programming, which is coached by our top-notch coaching team. I'VE NEVER DONE CROSSFIT BEFORE. IS THIS FOR ME?
We have members of all ages, skill levels and training experience at PSC. Our culture is one that promotes commitment and skill development above just 'getting your sweat on.' We want to help you reach your goals, and we pride our team on having the excellent coaching skills required to help athletes of all levels.
